Welcome to Volume 1, Issue 2 of the BOOST Bulletin: a place for bite-sized BOOST updates. We're getting closer to launching BOOST (Bringing Our Operations and Services Together) on Presidents' Day weekend.

BOOST includes several process changes, known as Gear Shifts. One such Gear Shift is a change to finger imaging. BOOSTer Club Chairman, Ed Ward, has more about the discontinuation of fingerprinting in this week's video.
