Welcome to Volume 1, Issue 1 of the BOOST Bulletin: a place for bite-sized BOOST updates. BOOST (Bringing Our Operations and Services Together) is scheduled to launch Presidents’ Day Weekend and we're excited to dive into the new features and processes it includes.

BOOSTer Club Chairman, Ed Ward, has helped us create a series of videos to further explain upcoming Gear Shifts. Gear Shifts are process changes, tools or services that will go into effect along with BOOST. In this first video, Ed breaks down the DL-10 Gear Shift and what it means for you.
