BOOST (Bringing Our Operations and Services Together) is coming to town Presidents’ Day weekend. Do you ever wonder what additional process changes BOOST will bring? If so, check out a couple of Gear Shifts on the intranet! You can review a few at a time, at your own pace. There will be more to come as we count down to launch.
Gear Shifts are specific process changes, or changes to tools and services that will launch when BOOST goes live. Each shift represents an improvement identified through employee, customer feedback or system modernization.

Have you completed your training?
If you’re currently enrolled in BOOST training, the holidays are a good time to complete your existing modules. Remember, training is sequential and designed to build upon itself. Each module must be completed before moving on to the next. Additional training modules will be released on Monday, Jan. 12. Get ready to unwrap your training today!
