Just a friendly reminder: The annual Security Education Awareness Training, or SEAT, is due tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 19. SEAT reinforces every employee’s responsibility to safeguard state data and resources and is required for all staff.
Service Oklahoma employees can complete SEAT in Workday.
If you have any issues accessing the course, please reach out to the training team at training@service.ok.gov as soon as possible! Thank you for helping to keep our systems and information secure.
Once you are logged into Workday, use the following steps to access your assigned training.
- Click the Menu option in the left top corner of the screen.
- Click on Learning.
- Navigate to My Learning.
- In the My Learning Dashboard, you will find trainings that have been assigned to you, or trainings for which you’ve enrolled yourself.

Select the training you wish to complete from the dashboard.

Follow the prompts (orange buttons) to launch the training content in a separate browser.
- If you get an error that says Pop-Ups Blocked, please right click in the web browser and click Allow Pop-Ups.
