As we head into Thanksgiving, we want to pause and share our deep gratitude for each of you. This year has been one of tremendous effort and meaningful progress for Service Oklahoma and none of it would have been possible without your dedication, resilience and commitment to serving Oklahomans with excellence.
We’ve navigated complex changes together, from the looming REAL ID deadline to the shift to electronic titles to continued improvements in testing, licensing and customer service across the state. We’ve expanded online services, strengthened support for our licensed operators and partners and continued to improve the systems and processes that keep Oklahomans on the road and businesses running. These aren’t small achievements; they’re the product of thousands of individual actions taken with care, skill and a shared belief in public service.
What has stood out most this year is the way you have supported one another. Whether it’s stepping in at a location that needs help, solving a complex motor vehicle or licensing question together, sharing knowledge across teams, or navigating new processes side-by-side. You’ve shown what it looks like to operate as one unified organization. That spirit has carried us through busy seasons, new initiatives and moments when the workload felt heavy.
BOOST has brought that sense of unity into even sharper focus. This project has required collaboration across every corner of Service Oklahoma. We’ve watched teams rethink decades-old processes, pilot new ways of serving customers, test tirelessly, train proactively and bring their expertise to the table knowing the impact this work will have for years to come. The dedication you’ve shown in preparing for this transformation has been one of the most inspiring parts of our year. BOOST is not just a system replacement; it is a reflection of what we can achieve when we move forward together.
