As a friendly reminder, all full-time employees and part-time employees with benefits will have their benefit allowances and premiums excluded from their Oct. 31 paycheck, as it will be the third payroll payment of the month.
Here's what this may mean for you:
- Employees with a remaining benefit allowance (RBA) may have a decreased net payment.
- Employees with out-of-pocket insurance costs may have an increased net payment.
- If you are an employee with an ongoing benefit audit repayment plan currently in place, please note your deductions will still be taken out on this paycheck.
