Service Oklahoma has earned the 2025 Government Experience Project Award from the Center for Digital Government, for Miles, our virtual AI assistant. Short for Motorist Information and Licensing Expert System, Miles was recently launched on several service.ok.gov sites. The award recognizes exceptional government experiences and the ability of Miles to help customers and staff receive fast, reliable answers around the clock.

This award reflects the ingenuity, collaboration and pioneering spirit each of you brings to the mission every day. A special thanks to the Product Team for their tireless efforts to create and implement Miles. We’re proud to see this project evolve and even prouder to see it recognized on a national stage.
