We have exciting updates on REAL ID, including the wrap-up of REAL ID after-hours events and a special thanks to all of those who worked an event.
Wins Worth Celebrating
The May 7 federal enforcement date came and went, but thanks to you, Service Oklahoma continued to show up strong. From extended hours to special REAL ID events, we hosted more than 62 events across our OKC-Classen, Tulsa Eastgate, Muskogee, Stillwater, Hinton and Chickasha locations in 21 weeks. The result? More than 2,800 customers were served during after-hours appointments and events.
Behind the scenes, staff also called customers to remind them of their upcoming REAL ID appointments and give them the chance to reschedule if needed.
Your dedication has helped thousands of Oklahomans get what they need. Whether you worked the front lines, answered phones, managed appointments or kept operations running, thank you for making this rollout a success.

- 2,598,305 REAL ID-compliant credentials issued
- 1,729,978 active REAL ID-compliant credentials
- 49.73% statewide compliance rate
Our state compliance rate grew from 42.21% in April to 49.53% in September. That is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our staff.

Seasonal Saturdays: Walk-in service is available every Saturday at Broken Arrow, I-240, OKC-Classen, Tulsa Eastgate and The Farm in Tulsa through October.

REAL ID Checklist Reminder: We’ll keep reminding customers to use the REAL ID checklist. It’s the best way to avoid delays or being unable to complete an application during their visit.
