National Truck Driver Shortage KOCO reported on the increasing truck driver shortage across the nation. The American Trucking Association said the U.S. is short at least 80,000 drivers with the use of medical marijuana being one of the leading causes for drivers not being able to obtain their CDL. The story focused on potential drivers not realizing that medical marijuana use was a disqualifier to obtain a CDL.
