We’re excited to share that a new Administrative Request Form is now available on the intranet to help streamline requests across the agency. This form is designed to improve efficiency, ensure accurate routing and reduce delays in processing. The single form allows you to submit requests for any of the following items:
- Maintenance Requests (including printer issues)
- Fleet Requests
- Badge Requests
- Parking Requests
The form will help centralize submissions and allow the facilities team to respond quickly and consistently.
We encourage you to begin using this form immediately for any new requests in the above categories. Clear instructions are provided within each form section to help guide you through the process.
