This week is all about putting Appreciation in Action—recognizing the teammates who make Service Oklahoma a great place to work and serve.

Here’s how to join in this week:

Hand Out a High Five
Look for the physical High Five cards at your location, write a quick note of appreciation and hand it to a coworker. It’s a simple way to recognize someone’s effort and make their day. You can also submit a digital High Five anytime using this form.

Director Roadshow Visits
Directors will be visiting locations throughout the week to hear from all employees across the state and say hello in person.

Friday, May 16 – Annual Picnic Lunch + SOK Blue Friday
Every location will host an Annual Picnic lunch on Friday. Don't forget to wear your Service Oklahoma t-shirt or any work-appropriate blue to show your SOK spirit.

Looking Ahead: Trusted Teammates Photo Contest
The team photo contest is back! Get creative and snap a photo with your team, officemate or location that represents one of Service Oklahoma’s core values:

• Pioneering
• Authentic
• Reliable
• Neighborly
• Trusted Teammate

To enter, email your photo to sokcommunications@service.ok.gov by Friday, May 23. Be sure to include the core value you’re representing and the names of everyone in the photo. The winning team will be announced at the end of the month and treated to a party on the date of their choosing.
