After a too-short but incredibly impactful tenure, Jaclyn McDuffey, Chief Product and Experience Officer, will be departing Service Oklahoma. Her last day will be Friday, May 9.
Jaclyn’s impact on this organization is hard to overstate. Before Service Oklahoma officially became a state agency, she took a leap of faith to help us build something entirely new — joining us on a mission to rethink how government serves people. From day one, she’s played a foundational role in shaping our identity and delivering on our promise to create better, faster and more citizen-centered services.
Under her leadership, we’ve seen the successful development and launch of dozens of new products and service initiatives — created in close collaboration with teams across the agency. Together, those efforts have helped drive a 74% reduction in wait times statewide and significantly improved the experience for the people we serve. Jaclyn’s work has played a key role in enabling these outcomes and in laying the groundwork for continued innovation and service excellence.
Before she heads off to her next chapter, Jaclyn wanted to share a few words of her own with all of you:
After an incredible few years with Service Oklahoma, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity. It’s been an honor to be a part of this organization alongside such a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to creating a best-in-class customer experience for Oklahomans.
Working at SOK has rooted me in this state in a way I never expected. It’s made Oklahoma home. I have no doubt the impact the Service Oklahoma team will make in the years ahead will be both meaningful and lasting for our state.
Thank you for the support, the collaboration, and the heart you bring to serving our state every single day. I’m so proud of what Service Oklahoma has built and am grateful to have been a part of it.
Please take a moment over the next couple of weeks to thank Jaclyn and wish her well. We’ll be sharing more information soon regarding the transition plan and next steps.
