As a reminder, we launched our new evaluation structure in January to support clear communication, aligned expectations, and accountability across the agency. You’ve likely already seen the email outlining the three phases, this message focuses on Phase Two.
This framework is designed to foster meaningful conversations, support goal-setting, and encourage professional growth throughout the year. All employees participate, and the timeline is structured around three key stages to ensure consistent communication between employees and supervisors.
Phase Two: Mid-Year Check-In

April–May: Your supervisor may conduct a quick, informal check-in to discuss progress and any challenges.

Workday Self-Evaluation: Your supervisor will initiate the Mid-Year Evaluation in Workday, which will trigger a task for you to complete a self-evaluation. This must be submitted no later than Monday, June 30, 2025.

August: You’ll meet with your supervisor to receive a performance update and your overall evaluation score. Your supervisor will then enter the score in Workday to finalize the Mid-Year Evaluation.
