A statewide press release will be issued today announcing the launch of REAL ID Mondays and Wednesdays—after-hours appointments now available at six key Service Oklahoma locations: Chickasha, Hinton, Muskogee, OKC Classen, Stillwater and Tulsa Eastgate.
With the May 7, 2025, federal REAL ID deadline quickly approaching, these extended hours are designed to make the process more accessible for Oklahomans who can’t visit during the traditional 9-to-5 window. REAL ID appointments will be available by reservation only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m., adding hundreds of new scheduling opportunities each week.
“These extended hours are about making essential services more accessible and supporting Oklahomans in a way that works for them,” said Diedra O’Neil, Chief Strategy & Operating Officer.
To meet expected demand around the deadline, Service Oklahoma is offering extended availability through a series of evening and weekend events at participating locations:
-
REAL ID Mondays and Wednesdays: After-hours appointments from 6–8 p.m. through the end of the year
-
REAL ID Saturdays (May only): Saturday appointments throughout May from 12–5 p.m.
-
Deadline Week (May 5–9): Evening appointments available every night from 6–8 p.m.
Oklahomans can schedule their REAL ID appointment and access helpful resources at service.ok.gov/REALID.
