Earlier this year, we introduced KnowTo Drive, our new written knowledge exam system that replaces AutoTest. The online portion launched earlier this year, allowing applicants to take their written exam from anywhere with internet access. Now, we’re taking the next step—starting this week, all in-store written knowledge exams will also be conducted using KnowTo Drive!
With this upgrade, customers can take their written exam online, in person at a Service Oklahoma location, or with one of our participating partners. Since launching, over 3,500 customers have successfully used the online system.
This next phase brings even more convenience and efficiency. Staff can now register customers for in-person exams, access test histories and manage results from a single platform. The bulky testing machines are gone, and the new platform is designed to be easier for both staff and customers—delivering a best-in-class experience from start to finish.
