Looking for a fun and flexible way to stay active? The SOK Virtual Walking Club kicks off April 1, and it’s open to everyone! Whether you’re squeezing in extra steps during lunch, taking an evening stroll or making the most of your daily routine, every step counts.
Here’s how it works: Track your steps using your smartphone, watch or any activity tracker, then send your monthly total to sokcommunications@service.ok.gov. At the end of each month, we’ll update the standings and post the top 10 step leaders on the intranet. Think you can climb to the top?
This is an easy way to stay motivated, challenge yourself and have a little friendly competition with coworkers—no matter where you’re located. So lace up your walking shoes, start tracking and let’s get moving!
