Since launching in Oct. 2024, the Service Oklahoma Intranet has been a constantly evolving resource, shaped by the input and needs of our team. Built by staff, for staff, it has grown into a one-stop hub for important updates, essential tools and helpful resources.
To make it even easier to access, the intranet is now set as the home page on all SOK computers! There’s nothing you need to do—this update has already been applied, putting everything you need right at your fingertips. Please note, this update will not impact D360 machines at this time.

Expanding Your Resources: New Tools and SOPs
As we’ve shared in previous updates, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Initiative is a direct response to feedback from the Pulse Check Survey, highlighting the need for clearer, more comprehensive procedural guidance. To support this effort, we are developing SOPs that will soon be available on the intranet, starting with driver license services. These SOPs will ensure staff have easy access to essential processes and best practices.
In addition, we will soon introduce Quick Reference Guides on the intranet training page. These concise, easy-to-navigate materials are designed for moments when you need a quick refresher or key information without having to go through a full training course. These new resources are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility and streamline daily operations.
