Service Oklahoma continues to expand our online options, making it easier for Oklahomans to access critical services when, where and how they need them most. From online written tests to virtual reinstatement visits, participation continues to grow, reflecting the increasing demand for the convenience of completing these services online.
Online Written Tests Since launching in February, nearly 2,000 customers have visited the site and taken their written knowledge exams online. Pass rates for online testing closely match in-person rates, reinforcing our confidence in this modernized system. As a reminder, customers can complete their Class D written tests from home, at a Service Oklahoma location or with a participating partner.
Virtual Reinstatement Visits Since its launch last year, more than 2,000 customers have scheduled virtual reinstatement visits, with a notable increase following our mid-February press release highlighting the service. More than 80,000 Oklahomans have also applied for reinstatements using our online portal since 2022, reducing the need for in-person visits and streamlining the process.
These options mark significant steps forward in improving accessibility and efficiency for Oklahomans. For more information or to direct customers with questions, we have dedicated landing pages for both services.
Thank you for your continued support in making government services easier to navigate for our fellow Oklahomans!
