As you may have seen in the news, the Expand Energy (formerly Chesapeake Energy) campus, where our headquarters is located, has officially been listed for sale. We understand this announcement may raise questions about how this impacts us, and we want to provide clarity on what this means moving forward.
Our lease with Expand Energy remains in place and will not be affected by a sale—our operations will continue as normal. While Expand Energy is consolidating its workforce, we are maintaining our workspace and access to campus facilities. The sale process does not immediately impact current tenants, including our offices in Building 4 and Building 16, as well as the customer service center in Building 4. There are no changes to parking, building access or campus amenities.
Our leadership team is actively engaged in discussions with the Expand Energy team to ensure our needs are considered as we monitor updates regarding a potential sale. We are committed to keeping you informed as we learn more.
