We have received an AAMVA report that the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH) is experiencing intermittent issues nationwide. As a result, CDLIS transactions connecting to the Clearinghouse may experience errors.
If you receive a DACH error during a CDL transaction, please do the following:
- Explain to the customer that the federal DACH database is experiencing technical issues nationwide and thank them for their patience.
- Place the transaction on hold, and politely ask the customer to take a seat while our CDL team works with AAMVA and DACH to have the issue resolved.
- Send an email with the transaction details to Victoria.Baker@service.ok.gov, Eric.Isaacs@service.ok.gov, Margie.Ralston@service.ok.gov and Alyson.Sorenson@service.ok.gov so they may provide the details to AAMVA for testing.
