A D360 update is scheduled for tonight, Feb. 6, 2025. This build will include the following changes:
Court Ordered Stays – Community Sentencing Program This build will correct issues related to Senate Bill 1724 for Court Ordered Stays in the Community Sentencing Program. Improvements include:
-
When selecting “Stay Sanction’ from the driver record sanction screen, users will no longer receive an error message. D360 will now respond with a stay confirmation message and save the changes.
-
Users will now be able to select the applicable stay reason. When changing Sanction Status from ‘Active’ to ‘Stayed,’ the system will no longer pre-populate the Stay Reason field to ‘Court Ordered Stay’.
-
D360 will no longer generate errors for drivers under 21.
Driver Compliance should continue entering stays through the sanction record to ensure proper scanning of Order to Stay documents.
Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH) Deficiency Override Security role updates will now assign DACH override access to CDL Coordinators in D360. A security role update will be completed to add the CDL Coordinator role in D360 for Examiner Leads, Supervisors, CDL Compliance and Helpdesk staff to enable them to process DACH overrides.
If a DACH deficiency appears during a CDL or CLP transaction:
- Examiners must manually verify driver statuses in the Clearinghouse.
- Requests for overrides should be escalated to a lead or supervisor.
These updates will take effect overnight. Please restart your computer on Friday morning to ensure all changes are applied.
Thank you for your attention to these updates and for your continued dedication to serving our customers efficiently!
