W-2 and 1095-C Distribution Timeline

As we begin the new year, we want to share important details about the timeline for your 2024 tax documents. Paper copies of W-2 forms are scheduled to be mailed by Jan. 31, and 1095-C forms by Mar. 3. If you opted for electronic delivery only, your W-2 will be available through Workday as early as Jan. 17, and your 1095-C as early as Feb. 18.

If you’re unsure of your current delivery election, you can easily check this in Workday. To view your W-2 election, navigate to the Benefits and Pay app, select "My Tax Documents," and click "Edit" to review your preference. To check your 1095-C election, go to your Worker Profile, select "Actions," then "Benefits," and choose "Change 1095-C Printing Election" to confirm your election.
