Immediate Reporting of Facility Damage

If you notice or cause damage to any Service Oklahoma facilities or property—whether state-owned or leased—report it immediately. This includes damage to buildings, parking garages, signage, furniture and any other property.

Even if no visible damage is apparent, all incidents involving SOK facilities or property must be reported. Prompt reporting ensures incidents are documented and addressed appropriately.

To report an incident or damage, email the Facilities team at sokfacilities@service.ok.gov or call Cassandra Patterson, Director of Administrative Services, at (405) 246-5485. 

Failure to report incidents or damage as required may result in disciplinary action. Your cooperation and timely communication are greatly appreciated.
