We’re excited to introduce the SOK Voices Committee, a new initiative aimed at making Service Oklahoma a more employee-centric, collaborative and innovative workplace. This committee will provide a platform for employees to share ideas and solutions that enhance processes, improve our workplace and contribute to our mission.
As we continue building on the foundation we’ve established in our first year as an independent state agency, we remain committed to engaging team members from across the organization. Your insights and experiences are vital to ensuring any improvements we make are practical, meaningful and impactful. Through the Voices Feedback Forum, we’ll gather diverse perspectives, fostering an inclusive culture where every voice is valued and heard.
How You Can Contribute: Submit Ideas through the Feedback Forum Every team member will be encouraged to share their ideas and feedback through a dedicated feedback forum, launching on the intranet in January. This tool will ensure that all employees, regardless of department or role, can actively contribute to guiding our progress. Your input will play a key role in helping us continuously enhance our work place and the services we offer.
How It Works
- The Voices Committee will review and prioritize employee-submitted suggestions, surfacing ideas with the greatest potential to make a positive impact.
- Selected ideas will be presented to leadership for review and, if approved, implemented with the support of the committee.
Join the Committee: Be a Voice for Change We’re inviting team members to apply to join the Voices Committee now! The committee is expected to meet at least once a quarter (with both in-person and virtual meeting options available) and will begin their work after the first of the year.
As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Represent your colleagues.
- Contribute to meaningful projects.
- Collaborate to assess suggestions, develop actionable plans and share updates across the organization.
If you’re interested in joining the committee, complete the application survey by Friday, Dec. 13. Committee members will be thoughtfully selected based on their applications to ensure a diverse representation of perspectives and experiences from across the agency.
Thank you for considering this exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Service Oklahoma Together, we can continue to build a vibrant, supportive workplace where every voice is heard.
