This week, Oklahoma City and Tulsa news outlets covered the upcoming May 7, 2025, REAL ID federal deadline, highlighting Service Oklahoma’s REAL ID Checklist on our website. News stories reminded residents that Oklahoma offers both REAL ID-compliant IDs, marked by a gold star and non-compliant IDs, which will not meet federal standards for certain purposes. To date, Service Oklahoma has issued over 1.8 million REAL IDs statewide as part of this national security initiative.

Oklahoma Turnpike Authority
This week, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority made headlines for its board meeting, where an agreement with Service Oklahoma was discussed pertaining to SB2035 and the new pre-registration process.
