 The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is aware of a scam email sent to commercial licensees.
The scammers designed the email so that it appears to come from OMMA’s executive director. The fake email invites licensees to participate in an auction of seized medical marijuana.
This email is completely fraudulent — OMMA has never held an auction of seized medical marijuana. In addition, email communications from OMMA will never come from a temporary email account.
