 DISPENSARIES: Anything not in your Metrc inventory on May 26 must be sold to a patient or legally disposed of by Aug. 24.
If you don’t want an Aug. 24 deadline for your inventory, use the Beginning Inventory process ON OR BEFORE MAY 26 to bring your inventory inside of Metrc.
As stated in the Feb. 25 Agreed Order: “Dispensaries shall have one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of this Order to sell or legally dispose of all untagged cannabis products in their inventory.”
