SDE: Post-Code EOI Records and Extension of SMART and Advanced Coursework Windows

To All:

The Oklahoma State Department of Education and CTB have been working diligently over the past weeks to resolve known issues with the 3-8 and EOI Post-Code files.  We have fixed all of the EOI records that we can fix except for the unmatched English II and English III writing and multiple choice records. We expect those issues to be fixed early next week.

You will need to make any other corrections to the Post-Code application. If you have any Post-Code corrections to fields that you cannot edit yourself (such as the testing location), please send those edits to dataverification@sde.ok.gov. Please provide the following information about each record:

• STN
• First Name
• Last Name
• Subject
• And the specific field(s) that need to be corrected.

Also, the window for the Advanced Coursework and SMART reports will be extended to Wednesday, July 10th to allow districts extra time to complete these reports.
