Today, the SDE opened two new Accountability Data Certification Reports: A-F Advanced Coursework and the SMART Report

Two new Accountability Data Certification Reports -- A-F Advanced Coursework and the Supplemental Membership Annual Reporting Totals (SMART) Report – opened today that require districts to certify student level data before the Certification Window closes at the end of June.

These two reports are among the five required reports that districts need to complete before July 1st.  Below are critical details and deadlines for these reports.

1. Annual Statistical Report (ASR)

  • Status: OPEN
  •  Deadline: Two weeks following the last day of school or prior to the Regional Accreditation Officer’s visit

2. Cohort Graduation Rate Report: The purpose of this report is to collect student-level data in order to calculate the state's Federal Four-Year Adjusted Cohort Graduation Rate. This Graduation Rate will be used on Oklahoma high schools' 2013 A-F Report Cards.

  •  Status: OPEN
  •  Deadline: Monday, June 10th

3. The new A-F Advanced Coursework Report: The purpose of this report is to determine advanced coursework participation and performance for the 2013 A-F Report Cards.

  • Status: OPEN
  • Deadline: Sunday, June 30th

4. The new Supplemental Membership Annual Reporting Totals (SMART) Report: The new membership report to supplement the October 1 count.

  • Status: OPEN
  • Deadline: Sunday, June 30th

5. The pending Assessment "Post-Code" Report: The purpose of this report is to correct student demographics and testing status in the Wave using data from the testing vendor.

  • Status: Pending
  • Deadline: Sunday, June 30th

 

Watch for an email to announce the opening of the Assessment "Post-Code" report. In addition, emails will be sent every Monday in June with important information and updates.
