The Oklahoma State Department of Education is excited to announce a free fall testing opportunity for Oklahoma public school seniors. The number of tests that are available is limited and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. It is recommended that seniors who did not take the CCRA ACT in Spring of their junior year take advantage of this opportunity in order to meet graduation requirements as an OPI will be calculated (However, no writing tests will be administered). Also, college-bound seniors who want to take the test again are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. There are currently several thousand tests still available.
Please note that districts/sites will need to upload student rosters themselves. Districts may add students to those already uploaded. Students/parents who want to take advantage of this opportunity will need to reach out to their local public high school. The tests will be offered online except for students with approved ACT Accommodations for paper testing. Districts who selected paper testing will be changed to online testing.
Districts may still select their test date administration and upload their students a student roster. Students must be currently in the 12th grade to be able to test.
More information, including on-demand webinars for accommodations and test administration, can be accessed on the Oklahoma ACT Webpage under “The ACT Fall” tab.
You can also contact the Office of Assessments if you have more questions: Assessments@sde.ok.gov , 405-521-3341.
