Reimbursement Application for Maternity Leave

Dear Superintendent,

The revised Reimbursement Application for Maternity Leave is now available. You can access it via the Single Sign-On (SSO) application under the State Aid Management System (SAMS). Please ensure all appropriate staff have access to the application.

Please note that funding for FY 2024 and FY 2025 Maternity Leave has been budgeted entirely in FY 2025 but will be allocated and paid as separate line items.

Important: When opening the Maternity Leave application, the first step is to identify the fiscal year (FY 2024 or FY 2025) in which the Maternity Leave is provided. As of now, most applications will pertain to FY 2024, so please ensure you select the correct fiscal year. FY 2024 Applications must be submitted by Monday, September 23, 2024.

Lastly, please remember that the Reimbursement Application for Maternity Leave must be complete, including the upload of all necessary supporting documentation, before the district can submit.
