FY 2025 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation

Dear Superintendent,

The FY 2025 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation (7/16/24) has been posted on the State Department of Education's Single Sign On (SSO) application under State Aid Management System (SAMS) Allocations.

FY 2025 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation $4,199.77
- Foundation Aid Factor of $2,117.77
- Salary Incentive Factor of $104.10
FY 2024 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation $4,159.92 (Increase of $39.85)
FY 2024 Midyear/Final State Aid Formula Allocation $4,214.00 (Decrease of $14.23)

Two percent (2%) of the appropriation was retained for the midyear adjustment, and $13M retained for Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship.

The State Aid Calculation Sheet and all other supporting documentation will be posted by Wednesday, July 17, on the State Aid webpage. Several penalties (Excess Cost, Maintenance of Effort, Insufficient School Year Penalty and 150% Penalty) will be assessed, which will further adjust your allocation prior to the August payment. Each adjustment and supporting documentation will be posted on a different day for you to review.
