Reimbursement Application for Maternity Leave

Dear Superintendent,

The current maternity leave application, pursuant to 70 O.S. Section 6-104.8, is being revamped to be a simple and consistent application to be used statewide.  The new application will include the Oklahoma Cost Accounting System (OCAS) Codes to ensure each district is reimbursed the maximum amount

Once the revised reimbursement application is complete, it will be located on the State Department of Education’s Single Sign On (SSO) under State Aid Management System (SAMS).

Unfortunately, all districts must re-submit prior applications.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will provide additional information as soon as it is available. We ask that you wait until the revised application is available on SAMS before submitting. 

We want to provide continued support for all public school districts and their staff while the Department of Education is working with the Legislature to resolve the maternity leave funding process.
