Listed below are reminders and deadlines for upcoming items. Please contact your specialist with any questions!


Districtwide Student Needs Assessment Update

The drop out information for 2021-2022 has been updated on your district's Student Needs Assessment for FY23.  Please print off the updated report.   


ARS or Wave Issues

If you having issues with ARS or the  WAVE please contact studentdatainfo@sde.ok.gov  The student data team will be working on the WAVE until July 24th, there maybe times you will not be able to log-on. 


Statutory Waiver/Deregulation

This is the application for districts who serve less than 10 students or operate with abbreviated hours/days. Please remember this document must be approved by your school board and the state school board.  Don't delay getting this completed this summer.  These applications are due October 1. Access the Statutory Waiver here.

Teaching Out of Certification Exemption Requests

The Teaching Out of Certification Exemption Request (TOCER) form is for Alternative Education teachers in programs that meet the 16 components for Alternative Education Programs. (70 O.S. § 1210-568).
"Teachers must be certified teachers but are not restricted to grade-specific or subject specific areas. Assignments out of regular subject area(s) or grade level(s) certification requires State Department of Education approval.” (OAC Section 210:35-29-6).
