The Oklahoma School Counselor Association is soliciting proposals for presentations promoting evidence-based programs in the domains of academic achievement, emotional growth, social development, career exploration, and post secondary planning. Presentations showcase best practices, current research, or skills of value to counselors, pre-K to postsecondary, as well as district personnel, graduate students and counselor educators. Obtain Memorandums of Understandings with Mental Health Partners as outlined in the protocol guidance AND include them in your protocol upload.
Review the rubric provided at the back of the guidance document.
Once you are ready to upload - please follow these steps:
Log into Single Sign On.
Click on your role under "District Bullying Prevention Policy". See Screenshot below:
Click on the "Mental Health" tab.
Select aMentalHealthPartner. Depending on your browser, you may have to hover over the white space next to the "MentalHealthPartner" text or click once on that white space for the dropdown selection to appear. Please note that you must select one from the dropdown, not type it into the box.
Choose your file. PDF or DOCX should work. The file must be less than 25 MB.
Once you have selected the partner and added a file, click the "Upload" button.
The upload may take a minute or two so please be patient. It should refresh with a note indicating the file was uploaded.
The Districtwide Student Needs Assessment is now open on Single Sign-On.
This report collects information regarding GPA, attendance, promotion, and suspension data for all students in grades 7-12.
Note: This report should include information on ALLstudents, not just those in alternative education programs.
Information collected for this report should be used to determine at-risk student needs while also serving as a resource in the development of your district's Alternative Education Implementation Plan.
All districts are required to complete this report by June 30.

These 2-day workshops are being offered in different regions of the state from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and are designed to support educators with effective instructional strategies aligned to the Oklahoma Academic Standards for Health Education.
These workshops are perfect for educators looking to implement health education instruction to meet the requirements of the Health Education Act, identify a new Professional Learning (PL) Focus, or deepen expertise in an existing PL Focus.
