Adjustments to FY 2023 Initial State Aid Allocation

The FY 2023 Initial State Aid Allocation (07/19/22) has been adjusted after assessing the following penalties and retaining funds for the new Charter School:

FY 2021 Excessive Cost and FY 2021 Maintenance of Effort Penalties (07/20/22)
FY 2023 Retain Funding based on Estimated August 1 Enrollment for New Charter School (08/01/22)
FY 2022 Class Size Penalty (08/01/22)
Remaining balance of State Board-approved FY 2022 Administrative Cost Penalty for EPIC Charter Schools (08/02/22)
New Charter School, W. K. Jackson Leadership Academy and release of excess funds (08/03/22)

Each adjusted allocation will be posted on the State Department of Education's Single Sign-On (SSO) application under State Aid Management System prior to the August 11 payment. All supporting documentation for each adjustment will be available on the State Aid webpage.
