Assessment Correction Window FAQs

The Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) Assessment Correction Window is NOW OPEN in the Accountability Reporting application on Single Sign-On, and closes July 5th at 5:00 p.m.  During the Assessment Correction Window, districts are asked to review the student information for all students in grades 3-8 and 11.  We ask districts to check FAY status, demographics, and that assessment scores are displaying for students who took the assessment. We strongly encourage you to engage with this review process, as the Assessment Correction Window serves as the only opportunity to review SY 2021-22 student-level assessment data.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why do some of the assessments not have DVR button or show duplicate records?

Because of how the assessment file is imported, some students will show duplicate testing records for certain assessments. You will only be able to create DVRs for students’ valid assessment records. Assessment records that do not show a DVR button are not included in school-level calculations.

Why are U.S. History no score codes listed as DNA, with a scale score of -1 or 0?

The 11th grade U.S. History test is a “participatory” grade that meets graduation requirements, but these assessments are not included  in the Oklahoma School Report Cards. For these assessments, please pay attention to the scale scores for students who have a No Score Code of DNA. The scale score will show as either a -1 or as 0.

  • A Scale Score of negative one (-1) indicates that we did not receive a score for the student or that the student logged on but did not do enough to receive a score (e.g., the student only answered one question).
  • A Scale Score of zero (0) indicates that we did not receive a score and may be expecting a score .

We have a student who was Emergency Exempted, but it isn’t showing as such?

Complete a DVR with as much detail you can provide  (e.g., date, who approved the EE, etc.) and someone in the Office of Accountability will verify or reach out to you if more information is needed.

Some paper/pencil tester’s scores are not showing.

Paper/pencil scores are not yet available.
