Now Open:  OSTP Assessment Correction Window

The Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) Assessment Correction Window is NOW OPEN, in the Accountability Reporting application on Single Sign-On and closes July 5th at 5:00 p.m.  During the Assessment Correction Window, districts are asked to review the student information for all students in grades 3-8 and 11.  We ask districts to check FAY status, demographics, and that assessment scores are displaying for students who took the assessment.   We strongly encourage you to engage with this review process, as the upcoming Assessment Correction Window serves as the only opportunity to review SY 2021-22 student-level assessment data.

To support this review, please refer to The OSTP Assessment Correction Window Toolkit and/or email us at Accountability@sde.ok.gov.  We greatly appreciate your partnership in ensuring the highest quality of data, as this will allow for meaningful interpretations.

IMPORTANT DATA NOTE: It is IMPERATIVE to ensure that data displayed within the “Students” tab in the Accountability Reporting application matches students’ demographic information as coded in your local SIS.  Needing to correct these values during the Assessment Correction Window is not anticipated because these data have been previously reviewed during the Precode and Demographic Overlay windows.

“Rolling” your SIS ahead to SY 2023 causes your SIS to no longer send SY 2022 information to the Wave.  If your SIS has already been “rolled” ahead to SY 2023, you will need to create a DVR for any instance in which a student has incorrect demographic information.  If any demographic discrepancies exist and you have not yet rolled your SIS forward to SY 2023, you can simply make any necessary adjustments within your SIS.
