Resources & Informational Webinar Now Available
There are three reporting windows currently open in the Accountability Reporting application in Single Sign-On (SSO). LEAs are encouraged to explore the resources below to ensure that all data is as accurate as possible for reporting purposes.
Medically exempt absences are locally determined, approved and reported by the site to the OSDE during the Chronic Absenteeism Medical Exemption Window. The OSDE will close the Chronic Absenteeism Medical Exemption Window on June 30. If your district has not yet identified and submitted the district level admin user(s), please click here and complete a form for each user. Chronic Absenteeism Medical Exemptions cannot be submitted without this step. Please note that this window — in conjunction with ensuring data accuracy within the certified Annual Statistical Report (ASR) — serves as the only data verification process for student-level Chronic Absenteeism data prior to SY 2021-22 reporting.
During the Demographic Overlay Window, sites should review demographic information for students who have been enrolled since Jan. 14, 2022, when the Precode Window closed. In addition, each school site needs to confirm demographic data for assessment reporting (e.g., STN, first and last name, DOB, EL status, race/ethnicity, economically disadvantaged) and make corrections in the local Student Information System (SIS). Districts will be able to update demographic data through April 20 for CCRA (high school) and May 9 for OSTP (grades 3-8, including RSA).
The Postsecondary Coursework Window serves as the Data Verification Review (DVR) Window for high school coursework and data confirmation at both the school and student levels. Please ensure all corrections to your Postsecondary Coursework data are made in your local SIS before it stops sending information to the Wave on or around June 30.
We appreciate your partnership to ensure that we have accurate data that will allow for meaningful interpretations.

Do you know a classroom teacher or principal who demonstrates exceptional educational talent and whose exemplary accomplishments beyond the classroom model excellence? We are looking for early- to mid-career individuals whose contributions are largely unheralded, yet worthy of the spotlight for our State Educator Talent Pool.
From our talent pool, OSDE pulls engaging and inspiring educators to serve on special task forces and advisory groups and sometimes for special recognition. The deadline for recommendations is April 29. This is a confidential process.

LEAs electing CEP, establishing a new identified student percentage (ISP) or conducting a grace year for SY 2022-23, must calculate the ISP using data drawn from April 2022 direct certification information. The best time to pull this data is around April 6.
LEAs must print a district enrollment list for the same April 2022 time period as the direct certification from the WAVE.
LEAs should also compile documentation for any foster students (verified by the local foster agency), tribal students who receive Indian Commodities (verified from the tribe), a list of students in a federally-funded Head Start program (verified from the Head Start agency) and any homeless, migrant or runaway students determined by the district’s liaison for that program.
Districts must confirm their decision to elect CEP for school year 2022-23 to OSDE by June 30.

The Abbott BinaxNOW Self-test will be offered for the next few weeks, and then the OraSure InteliSwab rapid test will be offered. These tests may be used within a school as a point-of-care test OR given to families to use at home.
OSDH will also provide Quidel QuickVue At-Home Over-the-Counter COVID-19 test kits to school districts through BigCommerce. Learn more about the Quidel QuickVue test kits here.
