Curriculum Frameworks Webinars & Fine Arts Meetings

With the adoption of the Oklahoma Academic Standards for Fine Arts (OAS-FA) in the spring of 2020, it has been the priority of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) to ensure all Oklahoma educators are provided with the opportunity to deeply understand the intent of the standards, while supporting educators with a vision and resources that promote effective implementation of the standards.

To that end, a group of experienced dance, drama/theatre, music, and visual art educators from across the state worked throughout the 2020-2021 school year to build the new Fine Arts Curriculum Frameworks.

There are Framework webinars available on YouTube for viewing now. Click on your subject area below to view the webinar and learn more about the Frameworks from members of the writing teams.
