Families: Help alleviate stress for your children while at home. Here is a strategy to create an At- Home Calming Corner to help your child regulate and practice positive coping skills at home. This is useful for summer and all year long!

At-Home Behavior Expectations

Families: Building Positive Behavior Expectations at home helps your child learn how to be: kind, cooperative, and a responsible learner at home!

These 'At-Home' expectations are from Bill Wallace Early Childhood Center in Chickasha, Oklahoma. They expect  students to Be Responsible, Be Kind & Be Safe at school. These expectations are easily transferrable to the home setting.

Administrators: The Office of College and Career Readiness is pleased to offer customized workshops for you and your team. These workshops are open to school administrators, teachers, counselors, college and career advisors, and work-based learning coordinators. To schedule a workshop, please complete our request form here.

Secondary Families: Making connections and building relationships with students is crucial to student success and well-being, but teachers cannot do this alone! Families, Volunteers, Teachers, Counselors, and Administrators take a small amount of time to mentor a student and connect with them.
