The following document provides information for utilizing the Goal Progress Monitoring Tool in EDPlan to document progress towards IEP goals and objectives. Although this is an optional tool available in EDPlan, districts may want to consider utilizing the tool as a method to track student progress during this time. Please contact PCG if you have any questions about the functionality of this tool.

Operating system plans for iPads and Chromebooks are being updated in an effort to align support requirements with changing technologies. If you district has any concerns about the requirements below, please contact Special Education Services.
Recommended 2020-21 Support - iPad: Retire support for iOS 10 and 11. Support iOS 12 and newer.
Recommended 2020-21 Support - Chromebook: Support Chrome 80 and newer.
Kite Educator Portal Password Reset: A system wide password reset will occur July 30, 2020. At the start of the new school year, users should select the Forgot Password link in Kite Educator Portal and enter their associated email address. The system will automatically generate an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
OAAP students will not receive score reports with performance level summaries, even if they completed all of their testlets prior to the suspension of testing. Instead, students who completed at least one testlet will receive a Personal Learning Profile. Students' Personal Learning Profiles will be accessed through Kite once they become available later this summer.

We have been given a chance to see our students in a new light, and better connect with families knowing that the school year will not unfold as planned, all curricular goals will not be met, and expectations will be viewed with a new perspective. Our next Distance Learning Community connection will focus on supporting students with the most significant cognitive disabilities during distance learning.
