Urgent! Upcoming Data Reporting Deadlines

At this time, about 200 districts have not submitted complete end of year data. You have two weeks until it is due!

The deadline for submitting and checking your district’s end of year data collection is July 1. On that date, OSDE-SES will extract student-level data on discipline, early childhood outcomes, exiting and secondary transition from EdPlan. We will also download the District Summary Data (DSD) for each district and associated non-compliant record lists. Any district that has an incomplete DSD page or missing non-compliant record lists as of the end of day on July 1 will be marked as untimely for the end of year data collection.

Starting July 2, district superintendents may certify their end of year data collection. Certifications after July 16 will be marked as untimely. Please note that the Single Sign-on Child Count application will not contain any end of year data. Superintendents must review data reports from EdPlan.

If you have questions about end of year data, please contact the main line (405-521-3351) and request to speak to someone on the data team. We are happy to help. You may also review information posted on the data team’s end of year data collection webpage.
