OSTP 3-8 and Grade 11 Science & U.S. History

The Oklahoma State Department of Education would like to invite you to the State Assessment Regional Training for the Spring administration window of OSTP Grades 3-8 (all tested subjects) & High School Assessments.

This training is required for all District Test Coordinators (DTCs). Building Test Coordinators (BTCs) and Assessment Technology Coordinators are highly encouraged to attend but may be trained by a DTC who has completed this training.

On-site trainings will be conducted during the week of February 11, 2019.

  • Monday, February 11 – Woodward, OK
  • Tuesday, February 12 – Lawton, OK
  • Wednesday, February 13 – OKC, OK
  • Thursday, February 14 – Tulsa, OK
  • Friday, February 15 – McAlester, OK

ACT Online Training

We invite you, your Technical Coordinator, and any staff involved with technical site readiness for the ACT® Online to attend an upcoming training webinar on January 24, 2019, at 1:00 PM.  This training will cover the steps to complete site readiness for the ACT Online, including setup and configuration of ProctorCache, running the App Check, conducting a Mock Administration, and will allow time for questions.  Please forward this communication to your technical staff.
