Friday Deadline: PD Bonus on Determination

Determinations will be issued in mid-November. The 2018 determinations—like last year—offer a bonus for participation in district-level professional development that addresses special education needs. Please use the following link to report your PD activities completed during the previous school year. Up to two activities can be counted for each district. Activities must involve both SPED and Gen Ed teachers and/or administrators.

  1. PD activities must be at least 3 hours long to count.
  2. Self-assessments can also count, if they address SPED concerns and if teams were involved in their completion.

Districts will need to upload copies of agendas, self-assessments, lists of attendees or participants, etc. Please have these ready when you begin the reporting process through this link. Please note that if you completed PD modules and a self-assessment as part of Level 2 or 3 Support activities during the last school year, you do not need to resubmit any materials. Your activities will count toward the bonus.

The DEADLINE is NOVEMBER 2, 2018.
