Parent Portal & Paper Parent/Student Reports

Paper Student/Parent Reports will be arriving in districts on September 7, 2018, at the same time the Parent Portal will be open for parents to access.  This gives you a great opportunity to talk to parents/families about student test scores. A toolkit and sample logins will be provided on the Measured Progress Help & Support site next week to support you as you work with your parents/families.

Parents will be able to access the Parent Portal at the following URL: https://okparentportal.emetric.net/

Grades 4/5 Student Readiness Tool

This tool was created to help your students and teachers feel comfortable with the online state testing program.  This program will allow students and teachers to become familiar with the different tools.  The tool will be available mid-September.  The OSDE will send out additional guidance in the near future.  This tool is not intended to be a practice test.

SAT/ACT OPI Scale Scores

SAT/ACT student-level OPI scores will be available in the Single Sign On (SSO) within the Accountability Reporting application in late September/early October.  The  SAT/ACT provided data files for Spring 2018 testing may be accessed and downloaded via the respective vendor's portal.

Revised Test and Item Specifications (TIS) Documents

Revised TIS documents will be released in late September with a clarified role of state assessments within a system of assessments.  The revised documents will include additional items, item types, and distractor rationales.  As discussed during EngageOK, the mode of the extended writing prompts for Grades 5 & 8 will be either narrative, informational, or argumentative/opinion.  The specific mode for each grade-level writing prompt will not be released and is subject to change from year to year.
