Professional Learning Grants Available to Art Teachers

OAAE Professional Learning Grants Available

For the past two years, the Oklahoma Alliance for Arts Education (OAAE) has assisted over 50 Oklahoma teachers attend the following professional development conferences: Midwest, ACDA, TMEA, NAfME, NAEA, Kodaly, OKMEA and more.

This year, the OAAE is once again offering a limited number of professional learning grants (up to $500 each) to help teachers attend a state or national conference in the field of music, visual art, speech and debate, drama and theatre or dance.

Application deadline: August 1

Applications for the approaching school year will be reviewed at the August OAAE board meeting. All recipients will be notified by the end of August.
