OAAP assessments for 5th and 8th grade Science, as well as Biology I, are now available for demographic corrections. Final performance levels for these assessments will be available later this summer after the standard setting process is complete.
We expect to receive additional OCCT paper-and-pencil assessments in early July and will communicate when they are available in the A-F application.
To allow for adequate review of the above mentioned assessments, the 2016 A-F Assessment Correction Window has been extended one week to July 15, 2016. All corrections to student assessments (e.g., STNs, not-tested codes, invalidation requests) must be completed by this date.
The A-F application links with the WAVE to provide student demographic information (e.g., race/ethnicity). Please make sure all of your student demographic data is correct in your local student information system by June 30, 2016, so that it is reflected accurately in the WAVE.
How do I access my data?
Assessment data is available on the A-F Application through Single Sign-on. From the home page, select ‘Your District’ or ‘Your School’ in the blue ribbon, located toward the top of the screen, to access your district or site summary page. If you are a district user, choose the school you want to work on and select the ‘go to school’ link to the left of the school name. Once on the school summary page, select the ‘Data Correction and Student Assessments’ menu option.
How do I correct my data?
From the Data Correction and Student Assessment page, you can view/edit the details of an assessment by clicking the ‘view edit’ link in the leftmost column. Several sub-reports are available to help identify errors. More information about how to correct data is available via the links below.
What if I don't correct my data?
At the close of the window (July 15, 2016, 4:30 p.m.), a snapshot of the data will be taken. At this time, all student and assessment level data (including second time test status, NFAY and demonstrated mastery exemptions) will be considered final.
