Nonstandard Accommodation Application Window

The submission window for the Spring/Summer testing windows opens on January 7, 2016. Requests must be submitted no later than February 1, 2016 for the Spring/Summer testing windows. Responses will be provided in this Application on a case-by-case basis around March 15, 2016.

**ELA/Reading Test Read Aloud Accommodation Requests**

Please submit all documentation as outlined in the OSTP ELA/Reading Test Read-Aloud Protocol in a combined PDF file (30 MB Max): All pages of the IEP/504, Evaluation Reports/MEEGS, PAR Administration Results (or AEM Navigator, as appropriate), OSTP ELA/Reading Test Read-Aloud Nonstandard Accommodation Protocol. Files must be named as follows: "Last name, First Name, MI NS1". Name and STN must match WAVE entry, otherwise file review will be delayed or rejected.
