COMMISSION UPDATE

Dear Licensee, 

As we wrap up 2024, we want to remind you to join our next Commission meeting happening tomorrow at 9:30 AM. We’ll be discussing proposed administrative rules and providing an update from OREC. You can attend the meeting in person or join us via Facebook Live—we’ve included a link below for your convenience.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to announce that new contracts and forms are on the way. The OREC team is working closely with e-signature vendors to ensure everything is ready before the January 1, 2025 effective date. Remember, if you have agreements signed in 2024 that extend into 2025, you do not need to execute new agreements; the 2024 forms will remain valid. However, for any agreements signed after January 1, we recommend using the updated forms, which will be accessible through your License Portal.
